I believe in holistic design, in which we are the creators of our unique existence on Earth. We continuously collaborate with our surroundings, cross-pollinating with other disciplines as much as with other non-human entities—animals, plants, landforms, and objects. Design represents the merging of our functional and artistic minds, through which we articulate and shape our environments and ecologies with intention.
Vishnu Balunsat grew up in San Francisco and is based in Brooklyn, New York. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Economics from University of California in Merced. Following his undergraduate studies he worked as a merchandiser at Flora Grubb Gardens SF where he gained knowledge and expertise in landscape and plant styling.
In 2020 he completed his Masters of Architecture from California College of the Arts. He has been working in interior architecture for three+ years and has experience in workplace, residential, and hospitality design and construction administration.
